Due to growth due to international ambitions in the field of large-scale ground-based systems (Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia), we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager Solar Parks.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Organising the project such that the project result demonstrably meets the contractual obligations;
• Preparing and executing procurement processes;
• Setting up and monitoring planning and quality procedures;
• Communicating with both external technical consultancies, clients, suppliers and internal organisation;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Candidate experience

As a candidate for the Project Manager position you meet the following job requirements:

• You have a passion for engineering and the profession of Project Manager;
• You have at least a bachelor degree, where a technical background (electrical engineering / physics mechanical engineering ) is an advantage;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in an environment with multidisciplinary projects with a strong technical component;
• Enterprising, proactive, structured and no 9 to 5 mentality;
• Strong communication skills;
• Multilingual. You master the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing (German is an advantage);
• You are in possession of driving license B.

Your location is our office in Utrecht and you are willing to occasionally work on our projects abroad.

Employment conditions

ProfiNRG offers you as Project Manager Solar parks a unique opportunity to make the difference within a young and fast growing organization.

• Fulltime salary between de €5.000 - €6.500 per month.
• Bonus maximum of 1 month salary depending on organization EBITDA.
• Pension premium 1/3 employee, 2/3 employer.
• Flexible days and working times mon-fri between 8:00-18:00h.
• Working from home is partly possible, minimum two days at the office in Utrecht.
• 28 holidays (fulltime employment).
• Travel allowance €0.23 p.km and public transport fully covered.
• Working from home allowance €2,35.
• Work Laptop and mobile phone.
