Optimal management of solar farms and batteries at a fast-growing, innovative company

Utrecht/hybrid | 32-40 hrs/wk | HBO/WO | €3,500 - €5,500 gross per month

ProfiNRG is an innovative and successful solar energy company, based in Utrecht. For more than 10 years, we have been developing, selling, realising and maintaining large-scale solar energy systems on roofs and on the ground. . We combine strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial approach and a keen eye for opportunities. Due to our growth and international ambitions in ground-mounted systems (Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia), we are looking for a customer-oriented Technical Asset Manager with a passion for technology.

The function

As technical asset manager, you monitor and control performance at ProfiNRG's large (international) customers. You are good at contract management and ensure that agreements are met.  

Tasks and responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling large solar farms of our (international) customers;
• First point of contact for the owner, stakeholders and subcontractors;
• Co-manage operational strategy to maximise returns from solar farms, including:
  • Analysing performance of solar energy systems
  • Drawing up a long-term strategy
  • Providing feedback on work done by subcontractors and the service organisation
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders;
• Technical (further) development of product innovations;
• Responsible for fulfilling contract agreements;
• Financially responsible for the profitability of your projects.

Job requirements

• A relevant field of study completed at HBO/WO - level;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Good command of the English language in word and writing;
• Affinity with solar energy and the energy transition;
• Technical background or strong affinity with engineering.

• Full-time salary between €3,500 - €5,500 gross per month;
• Company Bonus up to 1 month's salary depending on company’s EBITDA;
• Good pension scheme where ProfiNRG pays 2/3 of the premium;
• Ability to work from home, we expect you to be at the Utrecht office at least two days a week;
• Travel allowance €0.23 p.km or reimbursement for public transport;
• Working from home allowance €2.35 per day;
• 28 days of leave for full-time employment;
