ProfiNRG is one of the leading and most successful (solar) energy companies in the Netherlands, located in Utrecht. ProfiNRG has been active for more than 10 years in the development, sale, realization and maintenance of large-scale solar energy systems on roofs and on the ground in the Netherlands. Due to the growth due to the implementation of the international ambitions in the field of large-scale ground mounted systems (Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia), we are looking for a talented Manager Projects Solar Energy. As a Manager Projects, you will lead the team of project leaders roof (6 FTE), logistics (4 FTE), project management ground (8 FTE) and asset management roof and ground (4 FTE). Your goal is to professionalize and manage the increase of the international growth (from 100 to 200 million EUR over the next 3-5 years). As a Project Manager, you will report to the Technical Director and be part of the MT.

 Your main tasks include:

• Coaching and managing the teams and developing team members to the next level;
• Further professionalization of project and asset management;
• Optimize process for managing projects and asset management contracts outside the Benelux; 
• Ensuring the achievement of sales and profit targets;
• To be a senior (operational) point of contact for our customers.  

Candidate experience

You are a real team player with strong people management skills and an entrepreneurial and business attitude.

Furthermore:

• At least a Bachelor degree with a technical background is a must
• Extensive experience in a project-oriented environment, e.g. renewable energy, oil and gas or infrastructure;
• Relevant experience in operations and project management;
• Experience with process and change management;
• International experience is a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
• VCA-vol or willing to obtain it.
