ProfiNRG is one of the leading and most successful (solar) energy companies in the Netherlands, located in Utrecht. ProfiNRG has been active for more than 10 years in the development, sale, realization and maintenance of large-scale solar energy systems on roofs and on the ground in the Netherlands. Due to the international aspirations on large scale ground mounted systems (Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia), we are looking for a talented Business Unit Director Ground Mounted Systems.  

Als Manager Projecten geef je leiding aan het team projectleiders Utility (8fte).  Je doel is om de internationale groei (van 100 naar 200 mio. EUR de komende 3-5 jaar) te professionaliseren en te managen. Als Manager Projecten rapporteer je aan de Directeur Techniek en maak je deel uit van het MT.

 Your main tasks include:

• Coachen en managen van je team en teamleden verder ontwikkelen naar het volgende niveau;
• Further professionalization of project and asset management;
• Optimize process for managing projects and asset management contracts outside the Benelux; 
• Ensuring the achievement of sales and profit targets;
• To be a senior (operational) point of contact for our customers.  

Candidate experience

You are a real team player with strong people management skills and an entrepreneurial and business attitude.

Furthermore:

• At least a Bachelor degree with a technical background is a must
• Extensive experience in a project-oriented environment, e.g. renewable energy, oil and gas or infrastructure;
• Relevant experience in operations and project management;
• Experience with process and change management;
• International experience is a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
• VCA-vol or willing to obtain it.

Profinergy B.V. focuses on the renewable energy market and has become an established name within the solar industry. Under the name ProfiNRG we design, develop and install turn-key solar energy systems for customers in the Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia. ProfiNRG is centrally located in Utrecht, Lage Weide.
