Our aim

A sustainable future with solar energy

The energy transition is a top priority. Like you, we strive for a sustainable future. That is why we apply our technical know-how and smart innovations to installing large-scale solar installations. In order to achieve the European objectives set out in the Energy Agreement for the Netherlands, the use of solar energy is indispensable. ProfiNRG contributes to this in a number of ways: Realising a sustainable future is at the top of our agenda. Like you, we too have a deep commitment to a world in which sustainability is central. We therefore deploy all our technical know-how and smart innovations to realise large-scale solar installations. To achieve the European objectives of the Energy Agreement for the Netherlands, solar energy is indispensable. ProfiNRG contributes to this in various ways:

Business management

Since our founding, we have strived to do business sustainably by: 1. Taking responsibility for our employees and society (people). Protecting the environment (planet); Finding a balance between economic growth (profit); Since 2018, we have been ISO14001-certified.

Business premises

We continue to make continuous improvements to our premises to reduce our CO2 emissions and save energy. Some examples include: - The replacement of all fluorescent lights with LED lighting - Roof renovation and roof insulation - A PV system on the roof - The installation of a heat pump - Replacement of all glass with HR++ glass

Sustainable mobility

We are committed to sustainable mobility by limiting transport movements as far as possible. We also impose requirements on conveyors and take emissions into account in our purchasing policy for new cars. Some examples of this are:

  • Direct delivery to location where possible
  • Bundling rides in the same region
  • Carpooling
  • Promoting economical driving behaviour
  • Requiring Euro 5 and 6 standards for vehicles
  • Encouraging the use of public transport and bicycles for commuting

Our goal is to reduce the cost of solar power so much
that we can ultimately build PV systems for our customers without the need for subsidies.

ProfiNRG

Socially involved

We believe that solar energy installations, combined with (hydrogen) storage systems, make a decisive contribution to a CO2-neutral energy supply. Our goal is to reduce the cost of solar power so much that we can ultimately build PV systems for our customers without the need for subsidies.

We have made our mark with more than 300 MWp of installed solar energy installations. We continue to invest in innovative solutions and attach great value to collaboration and knowledge sharing to accelerate the energy transition to a fossil-free society.

In addition to our commercial projects, we also take our social responsibility seriously. We realise solar energy projects in Africa and innovate in the field of CO2-free storage technologies, such as hydrogen.
