Hard work is being done at the solar park in Assen-Zuid! Most of the solar panels have been installed and power is even being generated already (end of June ’24).
In the coming weeks, the last field, a former landfill, will be used to build the structure, lay the DC cabling and install the panels.
With 37,086 575Wp solar panels, the energy garden accounts for a capacity of 21.3 MWp and can provide green electricity to 6,000 households.
