ProfiNRG is one of the leading and most successful (solar) energy companies in the Netherlands, based in Utrecht. We have been active in the development, sale, realisation and maintenance of large-scale solar energy systems in the Netherlands for more than 10 years. ProfiNRG C&I (commercial and industrial) focuses on commercial real estate and industrial sites. In this segment, we design and supply integrated renewable energy solutions consisting of, among others, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), EV (Electric Vehicle) charging solutions and energy management solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader C&I who, in addition to managing the team, will assist in the acquisition and realisation of C&I projects.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager/Team Leader C&I, you are the lynchpin of the team and within your projects. You ensure that everything runs smoothly - technically, organisationally and financially.

Your responsibilities include:

• You lead projects from start to completion and keep a grip on engineering, safety and planning;
• You monitor agreements around contracts, quality and budget throughout the process.
• You will be the point of contact for both customers and colleagues, ensuring clear communication on all sides;
• You go to site to take on projects and estimate what is needed;
• You keep a tight rein on progress: what, how and when - you know and arrange it;
• Besides your own projects, you will manage your fellow project managers and work planners from the C&I team;
• You contribute ideas on how to make processes even better and more efficient.
• You will report to the Manager Projects.

What You Bring

• You have a completed technical college education, such as electrical or mechanical engineering;
• You have at least 2 years' experience as a technical project manager;
• You have experience with integrated (solar) energy systems;
• You have experience in managing a team and proven good leadership skills;
• You are communicatively strong and know how to adapt your approach to all parties you work with;
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
• You have VCA-VOL - or are willing to obtain it quickly;
• You have a driving licence B.

• Annual bonus up to one month’s gross salary, depending on company EBITDA;
