Wij zijn al meer dan 10 jaar actief in de ontwikkeling, verkoop, realisatie en het onderhoud van grootschalige zonne-energiesystemen binnen de C&I (Commercial & Industry) en Utility markt. Wij realiseren grootschalige zonneparken en ontwerpen en leveren geïntegreerde duurzame energie oplossingen bestaande uit onder andere BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), EV (Electric Vehicle) -laadoplossingen en energie management oplossingen. We zijn actief in Benelux, Frankrijk, UK, Duitsland en Scandinavië. 

The Role

Als Senior Projectmanager Solar en BESS zorg je van begin tot eind voor een optimaal verloop van onze projecten: je houdt overzicht over techniek, veiligheid, planning en budget. Gemiddeld twee keer per maand bezoek je projecten in Nederland en/of het buitenland.  Jij bent de spil in het project en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, technisch, organisatorisch én financieel en bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, team en uitvoering.

Your responsibilities include:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van complexe, grootschalige zonne-energie projecten van start tot oplevering;
• Preparing planning and quality procedures and monitoring progress;
• Je bewaakt het budget en bent verantwoordelijk voor het financiële resultaat;
• Je stuurt engineering en sitemanagers aan;
• Ensuring projects demonstrably meet contractual obligations;
• Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring proper execution;
• Maintaining contact with external consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
• Maintaining control over technical, safety, planning, quality, and financial aspects throughout the process;
• Visiting (international) project sites, supervising on-site activities, and taking corrective actions where necessary;
• Actively contributing to process improvement and efficiency.

Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht en bent bereid gemiddeld twee keer per maand je projecten in binnen- of buitenland te bezoeken.

What You Bring

You are an entrepreneurial and proactive professional with proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects and contracts. With your international experience and passion for renewable energy, you bring structure, results, and progress — always with an eye for quality and collaboration.

Furthermore, you have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field; electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering is an advantage;
• Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met multidisciplinaire projecten met een sterk technisch karakter, ervaring met Solar of BESS is een pre;
• International work experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage;
• A valid driver’s license (category B).
