ProfiNRG is one of the leading and most successful (solar) energy companies in the Netherlands, based in Utrecht. We have been active in the development, sales, realisation and maintenance of large-scale solar energy systems within the C&I (Commercial & Industry) and Utility market for more than 10 years. We realise large-scale solar parks and design and supply integrated renewable energy solutions consisting of, among others, EV (Electric Vehicle) - charging solutions, batteries, solar panels and energy management solutions. We operate in Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia.

We are looking for a proactive working student who helps us design the lead process smarter and more effectively. You have strong communication skills, commercial acumen and know how to recognise and follow up on new opportunities.

What will you do?

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a structured and measurable lead generation process, making an immediate impact on the growth of our organisation. Your approach will result in more qualitative appointments and a demonstrably higher conversion rate.

Your responsibilities include:

•  Targeted market and lead selection: defining market segments, building relevant customer lists and smartly selecting promising leads;
• Smart process design & automation: Set up a structured lead generation process and explore how (parts of) the process can be automated;
• Standardised calling and CRM process: Setting up a clear call approach and uniform registration, including clear division of roles between Marketing and Business Development;
• Data-driven reporting: Develop insightful reports to measure conversion rates and effectiveness by target group;
• Strong positioning & resources: Work with the marketing department to develop targeted content and communication tools to support an effective multi-channel approach.

Who are you?

You are studying Commercial Economics, Business Administration or International Business (HBO or WO) and work in an analytical and structured way. With your commercial attitude, independent and proactive attitude and very strong communication skills (both oral and written), you know how to spot opportunities and follow them up effectively.
