ProfiNRG levert een batterij-energieopslagsysteem dat kan worden geïntegreerd met het Power Conversion Systeem. Deze batterijsystemen zijn via een SCADA-systeem gekoppeld aan een aggregator, die door middel van balancering en capaciteitsbeheer de meeste waarde uit de batteri haalt.

Battery Container

ProfiNRG levert een containersysteem voor energieopslag met vloeistof-koeling, variërend tussen 3,42 MWh en 5,015 MWh. Het systeem kan worden opgeschaald naar 10MWh of zelfs boven de 100MWh. Bij maximaal 2 cycli (opladen + ontladen) per dag kan de levensduur van het batterij-energieopslagsysteem (BESS) 7000 cycli bereiken, waarbij ongeveer 70% SOH overblijft. De belangrijkste activiteiten waar BESS aan deelneemt kunnen worden gedefinieerd als Energy Trading (Day-ahead, Intraday & Imbalance market) en Energy Service (FCR, aFRR).

Power Conversion Systems

There is always a Power Conversion System (PCS) between the battery containers and the power grid. This is a rectifier that converts alternating current (AC) from the grid into direct current (DC) so it can be used to charge the batteries. Our PCS even has an emergency power function to provide power during an outage.

Energy Management System

The Energy Management System (EMS) is the digital brain of your energy system. This modem and its associated software control not only the PCS and batteries but also connect to your energy supplier and other devices that can be controlled smartly. This could include charging stations and large appliances whose consumption you can control smartly.
